We are looking for an experienced and bubbly receptionist to join our professional and caring veterinary team! If you have a love for animals, a bubbly personality, and an interest in social media and marketing, we would love to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:
* Providing excellent customer service to pet owners and clients.
* Managing appointment bookings, client inquiries, and patient records with great attention to detail.
* Ensuring the clinic runs smoothly, including general office administration and reception tasks.
* Marketing on social media platforms
* Supporting the team with organisational and time-management duties.
* Assisting in maintaining a calm and professional environment, even during busy periods.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience as a receptionist is preferable, not necessarily in the veterinary field.
* Interest in social media and marketing
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Strong administrative abilities with a focus on detail and accuracy.
* A mature, professional mindset and ability to remain calm under pressure.
* A love of animals and a desire to contribute to their care and welfare.
* A team-oriented attitude with a passion for creating long-lasting relationships with clients and patients.
Hours & Availability:
* 20 hours per week
* One in three Saturdays (9 am – 1 pm).
* Remuneration $26-$30 per hour based on experience
Important Note: This is a receptionist position, not a pathway to a veterinary nursing career.
