Bank Media is a rapid-growing performance marketing agency that partners with eCommerce brands. We specialise in Meta ads, conversion optimisation, and creative testing — and now we’re looking for a Shopify Developer to support our client growth with high-quality custom website development. We mainly work with clothing, skincare and supplement brands.
Role Description
This is a remote hourly role for a Media Buyer with proven experience in Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You will be responsible for managing and optimizing campaigns for 10–20 small eCommerce brands (all Shopify), with the goal of hitting clear ROAS and CPA targets.
These are smaller ad spend accounts ($1k–$5k/month), but we’re scaling fast — and we’re looking for someone long-term who can grow with us.
You’ll receive creatives and direction from our team, so you won’t deal with clients directly. Your focus is execution and results.
Qualifications
Experience running Meta ads for eCommerce brands
Robust understanding of campaign structure, testing, optimization, and scaling
Ability to manage multiple accounts at once without losing efficiency
Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Shopify
Solid communication, self-management, and results-driven focus
Bonus: Experience with reporting dashboards, UGC ads, or running campaigns in clothing, supplement, or skincare niches
