The Opportunity
We're seeking a hands-on Digital Marketing Manager who can think strategically while rolling up their sleeves day-to-day. Reporting directly to the CEO, you'll own the digital and eCommerce roadmap across three brands, supported by a Marketing Assistant for execution.
Your focus: deliver growth, drive traffic, generate leads, and boost sales in a competitive, tight-margin industry.
Responsibilities
* Create and deliver end-to-end digital strategies across all brand websites.
* Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) with a sharp focus on ROI and cost of sale.
* Lead SEO strategy to improve organic visibility and ranking.
* Oversee Klaviyo email marketing: automation, segmentation, reporting.
* Evaluate and optimise eCommerce platforms (Shopify, WordPress, custom builds).
* Manage website merchandising, product listings, and UX enhancements.
* Drive data-driven CRO initiatives (A/B testing, analytics insights).
* Provide leadership and mentoring to the Marketing Assistant.
* Align closely with sales teams and store managers to support business objectives.
What you will bring
* Proven digital marketing experience in retail or eCommerce.
* Demonstrated success in driving growth and customer acquisition.
* Hands-on expertise with: Shopify & WordPress, Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, Remarketing), SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc.), Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, GA4 & Google Tag Manager.
* A Commercial mindset with a data-driven approach.
* A Self-starter approach, confident making decisions without agency or senior marketing oversight.
Bonus Points For
* Experience in building supplies, trade, or hardware industries.
* Understanding of price-sensitive, competitive markets.
* Familiarity with ERP/e-commerce integrations.
* Experience with product feed optimisation and marketplace advertising.
