What will you do?
* Supervise site teams on multiple commercial and industrial roofing projects.
* Maintain and boost team morale, keeping crews motivated, focused, and productive.
* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.
* Coordinate materials, equipment, and site logistics for smooth workflow.
* Attend sites to lead, check quality, and solve problems proactively.
* Support communication with clients, site managers, and other stakeholders.
* Implement and maintain operational and safety processes on-site.
What will you need?
* Trade qualification (essential)
* Strong hands-on experience in commercial/industrial roofing
* Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams
* Commitment to quality, safety, and high workmanship standards
* Full Australian work rights without the need for sponsorship
