Job Description
Direct-to-Home Smart Home Pros provide expert installation and services, delivering the highest quality customer service. You will act with honesty and integrity, offering solutions that bring peace of mind to our customers.
Responsibilities
Earn piece rate pay and enjoy an unlimited commission plan.
Become an expert on smart home technology through training on industry-leading products.
Manage inventory and assets responsibly.
Install, service, and troubleshoot smart home technology in customer homes.
Create solutions to protect and simplify customers’ lives.
Perform routine maintenance and inventory checks on company products and equipment.
Explain system capabilities and operational instructions to customers.
Identify opportunities for additional sales and services to increase income.
Leverage service and installation appointments into leads and revenue.
Qualifications
Sales and/or field service experience is helpful; technical backgrounds such as construction or electrician work are advantageous but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to pass a criminal background check.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Minimum Requirements
Residency within a 20-mile radius of the specified city.
Successful completion of background checks, motor vehicle record check, and drug screening.
Physical Demands
Lift and carry up to 45 lbs.
Climb ladders up to 14’.
Work in attics and confined spaces.
Bend, kneel, crouch, and stand for long periods.
