**About the Role**:
The Co-ordinator of Teaching and Learning - AHL provides leadership in user experience as a purposeful and agile learning environment for the Middle and Senior Schools, leading best pedagogical practice within the Arthur Holt Library to continuously present innovative curriculum and implement change aligned to the vision and strategic priorities of both the Faculty and the School.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- work collaboratively with teachers and Heads of Faculty in the development and resourcing of educational programs
- Implement consistent practices in student research, inquiry pedagogies and academic scholarship
- Assume the professional responsibilities of a Teacher

- Formal teaching qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in leading or supporting Teaching and Learning initiatives in a Secondary School landscape
- Current registration with NESA
- A valid Working with Children Check number
- First Aid (with CPR) qualification (prior to commencement)
This role will attract a Leadership Level 1 Allowance (in addition to your teaching salary)
