We're seeking a passionate Events & Group Travel Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end group travel logistics and deliver seamless, high-touch service for clients and event teams.
Opportunity
In this role, you'll manage travel for exciting events and incentive programs, working closely with clients and stakeholders to ensure every detail runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
* Plan and schedule flights for proposals and event budgets
* Arrange hotels, car hire and travel insurance as required
* Liaise with airlines and suppliers to secure competitive group quotes and bookings
* Manage and track travel budgets and expenditure
* Partner with clients to deliver exceptional, consultative travel solutions
* Coordinate passport checks and visa applications
* Travel domestically and internationally to support events when required
* Handle urgent and time-sensitive requests within SLA timeframes
* Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders
Qualifications
* Strong GDS experience (Amadeus, Galileo or Sabre)
* Experience managing group travel (MICE/events highly regarded)
* Knowledge of event platforms such as EventsAIR is a bonus
* Excellent client and stakeholder relationship skills
* Outstanding attention to detail and time management
* Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
* Strong communication skills and intermediate Microsoft Office skills
