ACRRM is hiring a Project Manager within its Project Management Office to directly support with business units with delivery of key projects within ACRRM's project portfolio.

Position Overview:

ACRRM is looking for a Project Manager to lead the delivery of key projects from concept to completion. This role executes the entire project lifecycle, ensuring initiatives progress seamlessly from the initial idea stage through to post-delivery evaluation and monitoring.

As a key contributor to ACRRM's success, as a Project Manager working within the Project Management Office (PMO) you will be responsible for managing project scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, benefits realisation and engaging with key stakeholders. By ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with organisational objectives, this role directly supports ACRRM's growth and strategic priorities.

Key Duties include:

* Deliver Projects: Apply ACRRM's Project Management Framework, guiding projects through all lifecycle phases and governance gates.
* Lead Teams: Lead cross-functional project teams, ensuring alignment with governance and representing projects in key forums.
* Drive Change and Benefits Realisation: Collaborate with change management team to deliver effective outcomes and ensure project benefits are tracked and reported post-delivery.
* Manage Risks and Issues: Maintain detailed RAID registers and align risk management with organisational protocols.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships through transparent communication, ensuring stakeholder needs are met and goals align with priorities.
* Foster Knowledge Sharing: Lead lessons-learned reviews and support the continuous improvement of ACRRM's methodologies, tools, and templates.

What We're Looking For:

* Demonstrated expertise of 5+ years in a project management role, working within an enterprise PMO team.
* Formal project management certifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, PMBOK)
* Proven experience in delivering IT and technology-focused projects.
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
* Proficiency in benefits realisation and awareness of change management practices.
* A strong collaborative team approach to deliverying projects
