We are working with an AI-driven ag-tech company looking for their Founding Customer Success Manager.
Our client is transforming how farmers, traders, and food companies forecast crop yields and market dynamics using satellite data, predictive models, and intuitive dashboards. We're hiring a Founding Customer Success Manager to build and lead the customer journey end-to-end.
What You'll Do
* Own the entire customer lifecycle — from signed deal to long-term success.
* Partner closely with Sales to deliver fast, smooth onboarding.
* Maintain a structured follow-up cadence to drive rapid time-to-value.
* Build scalable CS assets: onboarding templates, workflows, playbooks, checklists.
* Help customers turn product insights into better farm and market decisions.
* Track usage, identify early signs of churn risk, and proactively intervene.
* Collect customer feedback and collaborate with Product to improve experience.
* Build the Customer Success function from the ground up.
* Define CS metrics: health scoring, dashboards, retention & growth tracking.
* Support future expansion by laying the foundation for CS teams in Europe and North America.
* 2–5+ years in Customer Success, Implementation, or Onboarding (SaaS/data products).
* Demonstrated success in onboarding, retaining, and growing customers.
* Strong follow-through - you don't let things drift.
* Confident delivering high-touch onboarding to conservative or time-poor users.
* Quick learner who can simplify complex technical concepts into clear value.
* Thrives in founder-led, fast-changing, multi-hat environments.
* Strong analytical mindset with ROI/value articulation skills.
* Background in agriculture, commodities, or rural customer environments.
* Experience in disruptive or emerging tech categories.
* Built CS processes, motions, or health scoring from scratch.
* Experience supporting both SMB and mid-market customers.
