About the Role
* Leverage your litigation expertise to shape the future of technology and drive business growth.
* Develop client-specific rollout plans that accommodate firm structures, practice areas, and case types.
* Serve as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional satisfaction and building strong relationships with lawyers, practice group leaders, CIOs, and innovation teams.
* Act as a trusted advisor, helping clients maximise value from the solution and capture client requirements and pain points to feed back into the product and development team.
* Collaborate with product managers and engineers to refine features and workflows, and contribute to playbooks, case studies, and client success documentation.
About You
* Passion for transforming legal practice through technology and a strong interest in AI, legal tech, and process improvement.
* Strong communicator, able to engage at both partner and associate level and empathetic listener who can uncover client needs and propose solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead onboarding programmes for new clients, including initial configuration, workflow setup, and deployment.
* Run live and virtual training sessions for lawyers, ensuring adoption across litigation teams.
* Develop client-specific rollout plans that accommodate firm structures, practice areas, and case types.
Requirements
* Legal Background: Qualified lawyer with litigation experience (minimum 2–4 years PQE preferred).
* Technical Aptitude: Strong interest in AI, legal tech, and process improvement.
* Training & Facilitation: Comfortable running workshops, demos, and training sessions for groups of lawyers.
