About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Email Marketing Coordinator to support our email marketing campaigns from concept through execution. The ideal candidate will have experience with email platforms, creating and scheduling campaigns, ensuring high deliverability and engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the execution of email marketing campaigns, newsletters, and automated email flows.
2. Manage email calendars and ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
3. Work with designers and copywriters to develop compelling email content.
4. Set up, QA, and deploy campaigns using our Email Service Provider (ESP).
5. Segment and manage email lists for targeted campaigns.
6. Monitor campaign performance and report on metrics like open rates, CTRs, and conversions.
7. Optimize campaigns based on data insights and A/B testing.
8. Ensure compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, Privacy, GDPR).
Qualifications
* 1–2 years of experience in email marketing.
* Familiarity with ESPs like Klaviyo, Braze, HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Mailchimp.
* Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for email formatting.
* Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics or email platform dashboards.
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
