About the roleProgrammed is seeking an experienced Spray Seal Operator to join our team in Narangba, Queensland. As a Spray Seal Operator, you will play a key role in the construction industry, operating specialised equipment to apply sealant and asphalt to road surfaces. This is an essential position that contributes directly to the maintenance and improvement of local infrastructure.What you'll be doingOperate spray seal trucks and equipment to apply bitumen, aggregate and other materials to road surfacesEnsure the proper preparation and operation of equipment to meet quality and safety standardsMonitor the application process and make adjustments as needed to achieve the desired resultsCollaborate with other construction professionals to coordinate project activitiesAdhere to all health, safety and environmental regulations on the job siteWhat we're looking forProven experience as a Spray Seal Operator or similar heavy equipment operator role in the construction industryHC, HR OR MR License - Not essential although can expect a higher pay rateAbility to safely operate a range of spray seal trucks and related equipmentExcellent attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructionsCommitment to working safely and following all relevant regulationsEffective communication and teamwork skillsWhat we offerAt Programmed we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
