We're embarking on one of the most significant transformations in our history, with a new ERP, and we're looking for an experienced Change Lead to make it a success from strategy through to sustained adoption.This isn't your standard change management role.
You'll be setting the vision, developing the strategy, and building the "MECCA Way" for change – a pragmatic, scalable methodology that's born from what works in real life, not just what looks valuable on paper.ResponsibilitiesYou'll see the big picture and keep us laser-focused on the most impactful work, even when plans shift.
You'll partner closely with project teams, leaders, and stakeholders across the business, making sure the people side of change is front and centre while technical delivery stays on track.You'll create clear, compelling strategies that inspire confidence, translating complex impacts into practical steps for teams at every level.
You'll anticipate and navigate ambiguity with calm energy, finding solutions and opportunities in every twist and turn.
