About The Opportunity
Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, you will provide HR support and advice to a broad range of managers and employees. The scope of your role will cover:
* Providing advice and assistance to managers on HR issues and initiatives
* Conducting investigations and reviewing workplace complaints
* Supporting all employees by responding to queries relating to their employment
* On and off boarding including conducting inductions and exit procedures
* Managing HR documentation including contracts, variations, probationary letters
* Assist with developing policies and procedures
* Support the Recruitment Team as needed
This role is based in a supportive HR team and provides an excellent opportunity to develop and grow your HR knowledge along with your career.
About You
You have broad generalist HR experience including advisory, investigations, complaint management, and managing HR documentation. You are interested in developing high performance cultures and have a passion for improving organisational performance through best practice people processes.
You Will Also
* Have a strong knowledge of enterprise agreements, Awards (preferably SCHADS)
* Hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management or similar
* Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Be able to evidence creative problem-solving skills
* Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop strong working relationships with people at all levels, and excellent stakeholder management skills
* Be highly ethical and maintain confidentiality
