and has quickly become a premium leader in filtered hydration. While the brand began with kids, we are now expanding into
bigger bottles and a broader lifestyle and family market

international expansion, including the US, planned for 2026

We're looking for a
creative thinker, storyteller, strategist, and brand guardian
— someone who will take full ownership of how the world sees mrsippy.
If you live and breathe content, obsess over premium aesthetics, and know how to tell a story that feels both aspirational and authentic, this role is for you.
This is a
senior, hands-on role
for someone who leads with initiative, doesn't need to be told what to do, and treats our social channels like their own.
What You'll Be Doing
* Own and execute all social content across
Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
* Develop and deliver social strategies aligned with mrsippy's
premium, aspirational positioning
* Capture, shoot, edit, and produce
high-quality photo and video content
* Bring the mrsippy brand story to life through lifestyle, founder-led, behind-the-scenes, and UGC content
* Support the launch and growth of new collections, including
larger bottles serving a broader market
* Plan, create, and schedule content
at least two weeks in advance
, ensuring all assets and copy are approval-ready
* Create scroll-stopping short-form video tailored to each platform
* Write engaging, on-brand captions that speak to modern parents — conversational, confident, premium
* Produce Stories and Reels that feel
effortless and editorial
* Maintain a cohesive visual identity across platforms while adapting for platform nuances
* Assist with
EDM and blog copy
aligned with brand voice and campaign objectives
* Manage weekly
UGC outreach
— sourcing creators, briefing, scripting, and coordinating deliverables
* Oversee, quality-check, and repurpose UGC into
Meta-ready ad creative
* Track engagement, growth, and performance insights to guide future creative direction
* Anticipate needs — shoot lists, props, locations, timelines, and approvals
* Collaborate closely with the founder and creative team to execute the brand vision every week
Who You Are
* You have
a minimum of 2 years' experience
in a similar social media or content role
* You are a
self-starter
who leads with confidence and does not require day-to-day direction
* You are detail-obsessed and take pride in producing premium work
* You have a strong eye for
high-quality lifestyle content
* You are confident shooting and editing content (iPhone and/or camera)
* You understand platform nuance across Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook
* You are proactive, organised, and always planning ahead
* You thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on, scaling environment
* You bring ideas, spot opportunities early, and consistently elevate the brand
* You hold a
valid driver's licence
and are comfortable travelling to locations for shoots when required
