Driver Position
We are seeking a driver to perform various tasks including loading and unloading goods, performing laboring tasks, distributing products to stores, and ensuring professional customer relations.
* Loading/unloading – loose goods including furniture items;
* Performing laboring tasks together with a jockey;
* Distribution of goods to stores and assisting retail staff where required;
* Maintaining safe work practices and driving habits;
* Completing pre-start checks, reporting incidents, near misses, and vehicle maintenance issues;
* Maintaining cleanliness of the vehicle provided;
The ideal candidate will possess:
* Minimum 1 year's driving experience operating a medium rigid vehicle;
* Current Australian drivers license / Medium Rigid license (or above);
* Confident driving skills and proven safety record;
* Multi-drop, courier, and/or furniture removal experience (an advantage);
* Reasonable written and oral communication skills;
* Organizational and problem-solving skills;
* Right to work in Australia;
