Job Description
* Lead delivery of a major digital transformation program from planning to execution.
* Manage integrated project plans, risks, issues, dependencies and critical paths.
* Oversee vendor engagement, performance, milestones and contractual obligations.
* Coordinate effort across internal teams, partner organisations and external contributors.
* Drive governance, documentation, scope control and benefits tracking.
* Lead change planning, business readiness and transition activities.
* Maintain project communications aligned to organisational policies and standards.
* Support testing strategy, QA activities and review of underperforming project components.
The Successful ApplicantA Successful Senior Project Manager Should Have
* A strong background in project management within the technology industry.
* Proven ability to deliver projects successfully in higher education sector; preferably TAFE's.
* Experience in learning platforms, vocational education or enterprise systems desirable.
* Skilled in project methodologies, planning, risk management and delivery governance.
* Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills.
* Ability to lead and influence teams, including vendor partners.
* High attention to detail, strong documentation ability and disciplined project control.
* Experience with Microsoft project tools (MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
* Self‐starter able to work with minimal supervision in high‐accountability environments.
