AustEx is a manufacturer at the forefront of the land-based exploration industry, specializing in the design, construction and maintenance of drilling rigs and related equipment. We are proud of having developed novel designs to improve the safety, reliability and production of drilling operations around the world. We have recently moved into our new purpose-built facility in Forrestfield to improve our manufacturing and engineering capability. We are now looking for another person who can bring their existing experience to help move the company forward another step.
Our core services include conceptual design, research and development, drafting, engineering, manufacturing, maintenance and repair.
Established in 2009, AustEx has a reputation for excellence, which is evident by the relationships we've developed over the years. We're now a key player in the mining industry with well-established projects and a large pipeline of work with major clients in the industry.

Responsibilities
* Working in a fast-paced environment
* Working as part of a team
* Working in a new facility and new paint booth facility
* Working with correct tooling and aid for the job role
* Large amount of forecast projects upcoming and work consistency
Qualifications
* Trade Qualified Spray Painter or relevant industry experience
* Good Communication, Organisational & Interpersonal skills
* A dedicated attitude to safety and quality
* Ability to work successfully within a team and autonomously
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Correctly record daily time sheet and paint sheet
* Ability, and desire, to be part of a team
* Excellent communication skills
* Great attitude and work ethic
