We're growing and looking for an experienced, qualified Carpenter to jump in with us full time.

You'll be working on full or partial residential renovations and extensions across Brisbane north and the Moreton Bay region in suburbs such as Eatons Hill, Ferny Hills, Keperra, Kallangur and nearby suburbs. You'll get variety, solid workflow, and jobs that let you show off proper craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
* Framing and structural carpentry for extensions and reconfigurations
* Bathroom and kitchen renovations (demolition, set‐out, framing, fit‐off support)
* Deck add‐ons, pergolas, and outdoor living builds
* Build‐in‐underneath projects and lower‐level conversions
* Carports, patios, and general residential additions
* Installing windows, doors, architraves, skirting, cabinetry supports, and finishes
* Reading and working from scopes/plans, measuring and setting out accurately
* Keeping sites tidy, safe, and respectful in lived‐in environments
* Solving problems on the go and working collaboratively with the team and trades
* General maintenance, repairs, remedial works, and new build elements as required
What you'll bring
* Certificate III in Carpentry (essential)
* Construction white card
* Current driver's licence and reliable work vehicle
* Your own tools of trade
* Pride in presentation and professionalism (we're often in lived‐in homes)
* Strong work ethic and a real "figure it out and get it done well" mindset
* Solid communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to work well in a team and independently
* Ability to organise and prioritise work while meeting deadlines

* Remuneration package from $78,000 to $90,000 + Superannuation including bonuses
* Strong pipeline, the calendar is booked for 2026
