We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team as an Administration Officer.

The successful candidate will provide high-level administrative support to the Research Director, including tasks such as diary management, event coordination, and travel arrangements.

In addition to providing exceptional administrative support, the successful candidate will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and liaising with stakeholders.

As part of this role, you will work closely with the administrative team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide expert advice on administrative matters.

To be considered for this role, you will require strong administration skills, including advanced abilities in Microsoft Office applications, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

A key component of this role is working effectively with diverse stakeholders, including internal clients and external partners, to deliver exceptional outcomes.

Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience managing complex projects, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-level administrative support to the Research Director, including diary management, event coordination, and travel arrangements

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Ability to manage complex projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
