Design Architect

* Key Responsibilities:
* Develop designs for Class 1 and Class 2 projects, ensuring compliance with NSW planning systems, SEPP, ADG, and BCA requirements.
* Assist in concept design, planning submissions, and feasibility studies.
* Prepare detailed ArchiCAD documentation and presentation materials.
* Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants to ensure smooth project delivery.
* Participate in design reviews and contribute ideas to enhance project quality.
* Support senior team members in achieving project goals while learning from their expertise.
* Requirements:
* Minimum 3+ years of post-graduate experience in an architectural practice.
* Class 2 project experience with a desire to work on Class 1 projects.
* Strong skills in ArchiCAD and documentation.
* Understanding of NSW planning systems, SEPP, ADG, and BCA compliance.
* Excellent attention to detail, design sensibility, and communication skills.
* Australian citizenship or permanent residency required.
