We are assisting our esteemed client to source a Business Analyst to play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business requirements and SAP solutions. The Business Analyst will be required to work closely with stakeholders within the program and across the business to understand their needs, gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications for SAP implementation and enhancement projects. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, strong analytical skills and proficiency in SAP modules and functionalities. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery and alignment with business objectives. Requirements Position requirements include: Requirements Gathering - Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse and document business requirements for the Program's SAP projects to support decision-making and drive business outcomes; Business Process Analysis - Conduct thorough analysis of existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through SAP solutions; Functional Design - Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications, including data models, process flows, screen designs and configuration settings for SAP modules; Collaboration - Work closely with cross-functional teams, including delivery partners, solution architects, project managers and business stakeholders, to support the successful delivery of SAP projects; Documentation - Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of business requirements, functional specifications, test plans and training materials for SAP solutions; Testing Support - Support testing efforts, including assisting with test case development, execution and defect resolution to ensure the solution meets business requirements; Continuous Improvement - Stay across SAP updates, new functionalities and industry best practices and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement in business processes and SAP solutions; and Issue Resolution - Investigate and assist in resolving issues related to SAP functionalities, data inconsistencies and system performance, collaborating with technical teams as needed. Selection Criteria Essential Criteria: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field; Minimum of 10 years experience as a business analyst, with a focus on SAP implementations, configurations and enhancements; Strong business process analysis, requirements gathering and documentation preparation skills; Strong understanding and expertise of the SAP solution and modules including SAP ECC, S / 4HANA, SAP BW / 4HANA, SAP CRM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, Concur; Experience with SAP implementation methodologies, such as Activate or Agile; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively work through and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality solutions; and Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Desirable Criteria: Knowledge of industry-specific SAP solutions, such as for Utilities, resources, or Energy. Duration 12-months contract with the option to extend.
