We are seeking a skilled and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Sales Manager. As a dynamic sales leader, you will be responsible for assisting with managing new and used vehicle departments, leading a team of sales staff, and actively contributing to closing sales.

1. Manage and mentor sales staff to achieve department targets by providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to ensure optimal performance.
2. Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement effective strategies for increasing sales volume and improving customer satisfaction.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met throughout the entire buying process by actively listening, providing solutions, and exceeding expectations.
4. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and optimize sales strategies.
5. Conduct product presentations and test drives for potential customers, highlighting key features and benefits while showcasing your expertise and passion for cars.
6. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of BMW products, services, and financing options to provide accurate information and address customer inquiries.
7. Complete all necessary paperwork and administrative tasks associated with sales in a timely and efficient manner.
About You:

* You have excellent people and team management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and empower your team to achieve exceptional results.

* You are available to work Saturdays, with regular days off on Sundays and one weekday, and are willing to put in extra effort to meet business objectives.
