You will be responsible for managing a specific section of the kitchen, contributing to menu development, and maintaining the highest standards of food safety and hygiene. Responsibilities: Prepare and cook high-quality dishes in accordance with the menu and standards set by the Head Chef. Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring efficient operation and timely service. Assist in the development and planning of menus, including seasonal offerings. Supervise and train junior kitchen staff, providing guidance and support. Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and work areas, adhering to food safety regulations. Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management, ensuring minimal waste. Collaborate with the Head Chef and other team members to ensure smooth kitchen operations. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen. Culinary diploma or equivalent qualification is preferred.
