This role involves working with our Identity Management team to troubleshoot and resolve complex customer technical issues.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering customer success and technical expertise in Identity Synchronization Technologies, Authentication and Authorization Management, Enterprise level protocols, Identity Management, Federation, Security Management, B2B, B2C, Role based access control, Permissions management, MFA, Azure Active Directory, Office 365 Identity Management, Cloud Domain Management, Cloud User Management and configuration.
* You will respond to and resolve complex customer technical issues, acting as an advisor to the customer and collaborating within and across teams.
* You will lead in building communities with peer delivery roles and share your knowledge through readiness programs, technical coaching and mentoring of others.
* You will deepen your technical and professional proficiency to enable you to resolve complex customer issues, through training and readiness.
* You will engage with Microsoft Engineering/ Supportability teams to investigate potential product defects and help develop automation techniques and diagnostic tools driving Microsoft product improvements.
