Sales and Logistics Coordinator The role contributes to the provision of quality business development and sales services by delivering sales administrative support and assistance to the General Manager – Commercial and across the organisation in an efficient and effective manner from fast and accurate data entry to analysis and developing procedures to improve current sales processes.Key Responsibilities: Manage high volume phone calls and prepare written quotes Assist customer issues and provide general sales admin support for different business units Maintain sub-contractor register Work closely with sales teams to develop tailored solutions for clients Assist with formal tender proposals and provide documentation etc as required Provide reporting and customer information as required Support the General manager with admin and office assistance What We're Looking For: At least 2 years within the transport and logistics industry.
Operational exposure to wharf cartage / linehaul services / and / or refrigerated services Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise workloads Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills (e.g.
VLookup's, Pivot Tables etc) Experience in pricing customers logistics requirements (desirable) Why Join Us?
