As a Youth/Disability Worker, you'll play a crucial role in guiding and empowering these young minds to become confident and capable to thrive and be the best version of themselves. Key Responsibilities

Build meaningful connections with youth through mentorship and guidance.
Develop and implement engaging programs that foster personal growth.
Provide emotional support and a listening ear to help young people navigate challenges.
Collaborate with the team to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
Utilise your personal experience to inspire and connect with young individuals.
Support and encourage children and young people with Dual Diagnosis including Trauma-based behaviour to feel safe and secure to build trusting relationships/connections.

About You

Certificate IV in Child, Youth and Family Intervention (Residential Care), or equivalent, or working towards.
Hold current or willingness to obtain relevant regulatory requirements (as per role and/or State).
Passionate about human rights and creating positive change.
Empathetic and compassionate, with a keen understanding of diverse experiences.
Excellent communication skills to be the voice that resonates with others.
Enthusiastic team player, eager to collaborate and inspire.
Availability for 24/7 rotating roster including weekends & sleepover shifts.
