Catholic Education Diocese of Wagga Wagga (CEDWW) is seeking a Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner to join their People and Culture team. The successful candidate will play a key role in promoting a safe and healthy work environment and proactively managing workplace health and safety.
About the Role
This is a permanent, full-time position with a 35-hour work week. The Health, Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner will provide advice and support to CEDWW's Work Health and Safety Management System and staff wellbeing framework.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop, implement, and review CEDWW's Work Health and Safety Management System
* Analyse, interpret, and apply relevant legislation, standards, policies, and procedures
* Deliver quality customer service, contribute to improvements, and influence change
* Conduct and report on Work Health and Safety audits
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
* A minimum of five years' experience in a health and safety role
* Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing Work Health and Safety Management Systems
* Advanced computer software skills
* Qualifications in Work Health and Safety and/or extensive practical work history
