About the Opportunity
Swanson Industries is seeking an experienced CNC Machinist to join our busy workshop in Lambton on afternoon shift (3pm - 11.30pm).
You will utilise your CNC programming expertise to set, run and operate CNC machines, working across a diverse range of jobs that will keep you engaged and technically challenged.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Operating Mazatrol, Doosan and Okuma lathes
* Creating and editing CNC programs
* Producing components to tight tolerances
* Interpreting engineering drawings and specifications
* Conducting accurate measurements and quality checks
* Participating in toolbox talks and safety initiatives.
About You
* Relevant Mechanical Trade qualification (essential)
* CNC machining experience (hydraulics experience desirable)
* Strong ability to measure and work from samples (highly regarded)
* Ability to achieve precision and maintain quality standards
* Clear written and verbal communication skills for reporting and documentation
* A safety-first mindset and strong team ethic
