Let us take care of the stress of finding, paying for and coordinating with a primary supervisor to meet your AHPRA requirements - we've got you covered with full time employment AND primary supervision

* $80K base salary
* $9,200 (11.5%) superannuation
* $8,400 bonus potential
* $6K car allowance (approximately)
* Primary supervision that covers all of your AHPRA requirements (don't pay $18K out of your pocket)
* Total package: $121,600
Why our Internship Program works:
* Dedicated 12 months 5+1 Internship program, designed and delivered by Doctorate level supervisors and our team of Senior & Lead Psychologists
* Masterclasses with award-winning, sector legends (Best Early Intervention Program 3 years in a row)
* Senior therapist mentoring, 12 week onboarding program, access to dedicated Career Coach and ongoing Leader Mentorship
* Group professional development, weekly primary supervision, fortnightly internal clinical supervision
* Caseload that supports practice across the lifespan and working within a cross-cultural context
* Access and support to administer, score, and interpret Psychological Assessments (including cognitive, memory, personality assessments)
* Work in the community, via telehealth, and explore FIFO/DIDO opportunities to broaden your experience across a diverse client base
Your initial 12-month journey:
* Comprehensive 12 week induction alongside Therapists from diverse disciplines & other 5+1 Interns (no throwing you in the deep end)
* Personal coaching program with peer support and a dedicated, qualified Career Coach
* Regular supervision that covers all your primary AHPRA requirements for registration
* Graduate intensive program to support your entry into the field
* Shadow experienced Psychologists and collaborate within our Multi-Disciplinary Teams
* Build your professional experience across NDIS, Assessment, Privately Funded, ECEI, Medicare, Aged Care & Telehealth client caseloads
* A total of 60hrs of PD within your first 12 months

You're our perfect Provisional Psychologist if:
* You're fresh out of your Master of Professional Psychology (5 years of study) and looking to undertake supervised internship year (5+1 Pathway)
* Provisional Psychologist registration with AHPRA
* Adherence to Child Safety & NDIS compliances
* You've got valid checks & a reliable vehicle
As part of our program, a portion of positions are priorisitsed for applicants who identify as First Nations, of a CALD background and/or from Regional & Remote areas (MMM 3-7 locations)
