About the Role
We are seeking experienced and motivated Mechanical Fitters with strong experience in the maintenance, repair, and overhaul of pumps and/or gearboxes in a workshop environment.
You will play a key role in supporting workshop operations and contributing to the continued growth of the business.
Key Responsibilities
* Maintenance, fault finding, and overhaul of pumps and gearboxes
* Diagnosing mechanical faults and implementing effective solutions
* Working both independently and as part of a team
* Supporting workshop and occasional on-site work as required
* Maintaining a strong commitment to safety and quality standards
Skills & Experience
* Trade qualified Mechanical Fitter
* Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role
* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic ability
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work unsupervised and within a team environment
* Strong safety focus and attention to detail
* Flexibility to work overtime when required
* Current driver's licence and forklift licence
