Project Coordinator Specialist
This opportunity offers a chance to work on delivering complex, high-quality projects across NSW and VIC.
You will provide administrative support to Project Managers, managing subcontractor procurement, contract administration, reporting, and financial control. You will build strong relationships with clients and subcontractors.
The key responsibilities include:
* Managing head contracts, subcontracts, variations, progress claims & RFIs.
* Assisting with budgets, cost reporting & forecasting.
* Attending client, consultant, and subcontractor meetings.
* Ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
The requirements for the role include:
* Degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or similar.
* 3-5 years' experience as a Contract Administrator working for a head contractor.
* Experience working on new build commercial, residential, or industrial construction projects.
* Strong contract, financial, and stakeholder management skills.
