As a pharmacy assistant/technician, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our pharmacy.
This hybrid position involves providing exceptional customer service, managing stock and inventory, and contributing to daily pharmacy operations. Previous dispensing experience in an Australian or New Zealand-based pharmacy is essential.

Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in selling S2 and S3 medicines with appropriate knowledge and training
* Provide top-notch customer service and support patients with their enquiries
* Manage stock levels, replenish inventory, and maintain accurate records within the pharmacy and hospital
* Process orders and undertake administrative tasks efficiently
* Liaise with hospital staff and contribute to daily pharmacy operations
* Dispense medications under supervision for hospital patients while maintaining high accuracy
Requirements:
* Prior dispensing experience in a pharmacy based in Australia or New Zealand (essential)
* Previous experience as a pharmacy assistant or technician (retail or hospital) with a strong focus on customer service
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling medication and patient information
* Familiarity with pharmacy procedures and medication supply systems
* Ability to multitask and manage multiple responsibilities in a dynamic environment
