I'm working with a fantastic premium brand based near Macquarie Park that's looking to add two Customer Service professionals to their small, energetic team in the new year.
Roles Available:
1. Customer Service Lead / Senior CSR – circa $75k + super
2. Customer Service Representative – circa $65–68k + super
About the roles:
* Support sales by placing orders and managing customer queries and guarantees
* Engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders
* Represent a premium, respected brand with professionalism and energy
* Use Salesforce to manage customer interactions
* Occasionally work from home once established, but most collaboration happens in-office
We're looking for candidates who are:
* Upbeat, engaged, and open to learning about the brand
* Strong communicators with attention to detail
* Able to manage multiple tasks in a paced, structured work style
* Solutions-oriented, proactive, and happy to go the extra mile
* (Senior role) Capable of leading by example and mentoring others
