Job Description
We are seeking an energetic, highly motivated individual who is also a self-starter to join our Customer Support Team.
In this role, you will be required to consult and liaise with internal staff and customers, deliver a seamless customer experience and foster strong customer relationships through effective communications.
You will also be required to promptly respond and solve customer queries via phone and email and escalate where required.
Key responsibilities of the role:
Proactively handle internal and external customer queries via phone andemail to provide accurate information
Data entry and sales order management.
Work collaboratively with key areas of the business to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction.
Handle customer complaints and provide effective solutions to resolve issues promptly.
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
To be successful, you will have
Previous experience in customer service in afast-paced FMCG environment or manufacturing
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word), Outlook and Microsoft D365
Exceptional multitasking ability, managing priorities to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Ability to work with all key areas of the business including production, accounts, sales and warehouse.
Professional verbal and written communication
A high level of attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills
Ability to work across multiple software systems
Have a can-do attitude towards work to finalise tasks in a timely manner.
