Chief Growth Officer Role
We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive growth and expansion through strategic planning, execution, and partnerships. As our Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that align with our brand and commercial objectives.
About the Role:
* Lead cross-functional teams in research, planning, and execution of growth strategies across various channels, including wholesale, distributor, and direct-to-consumer digital channels.
* Develop and manage annual, medium, and long-term sales forecasts and projections, identifying new market opportunities and evaluating entry strategies and partnerships.
* Use market insights to inform planning, execution, and performance optimization, ensuring agile and responsive strategies.
* Build and maintain strategic partnerships with wholesalers, distributors, and other channel partners, leading negotiations to deliver commercial and brand-aligned outcomes.
* Foster a high-performance culture grounded in collaboration, commercial acumen, and market responsiveness, working closely with other business leaders to deliver integrated outcomes.
* Represent growth strategies at key business meetings and forums, ensuring alignment with standards and regulatory requirements.
