We are seeking an ambitious Trainee to join our Customer Experience team. As a customer-focused individual, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in business operations while working part-time.


About the Role:

* You will perform various administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
* Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills via phone, email, and digital channels.


Skills & Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree is not required but relevant experience or coursework in Business Administration is desirable.
* Basic computer skills and knowledge of MS Office are essential for this role.
