Key responsibilities include:
* Preparing and reviewing financial statements and tax returns for trusts, individuals, companies and partnerships
* Reviewing all ATO correspondence, including Top 500 & Next 5000 ATO Private Group Reviews and general tax correspondence
* Identifying and advising clients on complex tax and accounting solutions for high net wealth families and their family offices
* Assisting on advisory engagements including estate planning and succession planning
* Acting as an intermediary between directors, managers and team members
* Providing exceptional client service
* Supporting the technical development of junior staff
We are looking for someone with a solid foundation of technical skills in taxation and accounting, strong collaborative skills, a dedicated work ethic and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate has currently completed CA qualifications and prior experience at a Big 4 or mid-tier professional services firm.
