**Job Overview**
As a strategic leader, you will oversee the facilities and presentation services across our theme parks. Your responsibility will include grounds maintenance, landscaping, grounds, painting, carpentry, concreting, plumbing, air conditioning, and building presentation.
This role requires developing and implementing a group-wide facilities & presentation strategy, leading multi-year maintenance and improvement programs across multiple sites, managing operational budgets, overseeing quality control, contractor performance, and regulatory compliance.
You will identify cost efficiencies without compromising quality or safety, build strong relationships with suppliers, contractors, and government bodies, lead, mentor, and support site facilities teams, drive a collaborative, safety-focused, and high-performance culture.
Key qualifications for this role include senior leadership experience in facilities, asset management, or related field, proven strategic planning skills with the ability to deliver operational excellence, commercial acumen with experience managing significant budgets and procurement, and relevant trade qualification or tertiary degree in facilities management, construction, or related field.
