About the Role:
This is a unique opportunity to work as part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring students have access to the education and skills they need to contribute positively to society.
The successful candidate will be working closely with senior officers to advise on resource distribution and develop effective monitoring mechanisms to ensure that resources are allocated efficiently.
The position also involves leading the development and implementation of inclusive schooling practices within schools, including capacity building initiatives.
Additionally, you will contribute to the development of a whole-of-government partnership framework that integrates government initiatives aimed at promoting student wellbeing and engagement.
Key responsibilities include providing strategic advice to senior officers, developing and implementing capacity building methods for delivery of specialist services, and contributing to the development of policies and procedures related to education.
Requirements:
* Proven experience in providing strategic advice to senior officers.
* Strong knowledge of education policies and procedures.
* Ability to lead and manage teams effectively.
