We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Solutions Expert to join our dynamic team in the ANZ region. This is a crucial, high-impact role where you will be responsible for owning the pre-sales process from start to finish.
In this role, you will leverage your deep technical expertise and exceptional communication skills to simplify complex solutions, articulate business value, and build trust with prospective clients. You will serve as the primary technical point of contact for prospective clients, understanding their business challenges and technical requirements in detail.
You will own and lead all technical aspects of the sales cycle, including managing and executing Proof of Concepts (POCs) and responding to Request for Proposals (RFPs) and RFIs with precision and clarity. You will craft and deliver compelling, customized technical presentations and product demonstrations that effectively showcase the value of our platform and its capabilities.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute technical strategies that meet customer needs and drive business growth. Additionally, you will translate complex technical features into tangible business value propositions, using a value-based selling approach to help customers understand the return on their investment.
