With multiple tower developments underway and a solid pipeline of upcoming work, this is an opportunity to step into a key leadership role within a collaborative and professional environment.
You will take ownership of on-site delivery for a major Class 2 high-rise project, working closely with a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Leading Hand, and subcontractor teams.
The role involves managing day-to-day site operations, ensuring quality, safety, and program compliance while driving strong outcomes across all stages of construction.
Key Responsibilities Oversee all on-site operations and coordinate daily activities across structure, façade, services, and internal fit-out stages.
Manage high-rise residential and mixed-use developments valued $10M–$M+.
Lead site establishment, program delivery, sequencing, and milestone tracking.
Implement and monitor safety, quality, and environmental management systems.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and inspectors to maintain workflow efficiency.
Support design and construction integration, providing input during construction phases.
Build positive working relationships with internal teams, stakeholders, and delivery partners.
Experience needed Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Manager or Foreman within Class 2 residential construction.
Strong ability to read and interpret drawings and manage construction sequencing across complex builds.
Solid understanding of high-rise construction methodologies, services coordination, and façade logistics.
A proactive, organised, and relationship-driven approach to site leadership.
