As a key member of our Cadillac Experience Centre, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and delivering exceptional customer experiences. With a strong focus on building relationships and providing expert knowledge, you will be the primary point of contact for potential customers, guiding them through their educational and purchasing journey.
About the Role
* Greet all visitors warmly and work to assess their needs and preferences with confidence and no pressure.
* Provide detailed information about product offerings, including features, options, specifications, performance, and technology.
* Presentation vehicle features, advantages, and capabilities to potential buyers.
* Conduct comprehensive vehicle demonstrations, including test drives.
* Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their requirements and budget.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process and provide ongoing support.
Your Skills and Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
* Strong understanding of vehicle features, specifications, and technology.
* Passion for customer experience along with a demonstrated ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
* Experience conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
* Familiarity with sales processes, including price / value presentation, finance, and other sales related paperwork.
* Proficiency in using digital customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings.
