Of course, you'll already have this covered:
* Demonstrated success in leading projects from Feasibility and Design Development through to project Handover
* A passion for driving high quality and innovative design outcomes
* Key Client Relationships in Retail, Living and Mixed Use
* A keen interest in helping develop an eager team of professionals
* Great working knowledge of the Australian industry, including relevant national and local planning and building regulations.
* Preferably a registered architect with 4+ years post registration experience. All candidates with relevant experience will be considered
* Excellent software skills for concept design and development
* Established experience in medium to large scale Retail Projects
* Proven experience in the Retail sector, managing projects from proposal / bid preparation through to construction / commission completion
* Excellent communication skills and ability to proactively communicate and manage clients, consultants and internal team members to achieve desired outcomes
* Proven ability to manage and oversee multiple projects at once
