ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

Join WesTracs Tomago CAT workshops (Rebuilds & GCON) and work on some of the biggest mining and construction gear in the industry.
We're looking for trade-qualified Plant / Heavy Diesel Mechanics to join high-performing teams across machine rebuilds, maintenance and diagnostics.
$55$82 /hr OT, paid fortnightly. Lifestyle roster available (work half the year). Modern CAT workshops rebuilds & field-leading equipment.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Maintain, repair and diagnose CAT machinery
* Work across rebuilds, component overhauls and heavy maintenance
* Perform fault finding to keep equipment running at peak performance
* Support rebuild lifecycle (Rebuilds) or service & breakdown work (GCON)
* Work safely and efficiently in a high-performing team
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Trade qualification (Plant / Heavy Diesel / HV)
* Experience on heavy equipment or mobile plant
* Strong diagnostics and troubleshooting skills
* Safety-first mindset with solid work ethic
* Ability to work independently and in a team
ROSTERS AVAILABLE
Monday Friday (GCON & Rebuilds)
50-hour week | Rotating days & nights
Lifestyle Roster (Rebuilds only)
5D4O, 5N4O | 12.5-hour shifts. Work half the year.
