About The Opportunity
The primary purpose of this position is to ensure high-quality, professional client service and to provide critical administrative support to Advisers and the technical team.
Reporting directly to the Administrative Co-ordinator, some of your responsibilities will include:
* Maintaining accurate client records and data in Xplan and SharePoint
* Supporting compliance, documentation, adviser diaries, and internal workflow
* Proactively supporting Advisers in delivering new business and ongoing services
* Liaising with fund managers, Centrelink, share registries and other key stakeholders
* Preparing client files, reports and implementation documents, including superannuation, pension and investment portfolios
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a client service or financial services admin role
* Xplan experience preferred
* Diploma of Financial Services (preferred)
* Excellent organisational and communication skills
* Strong attention to detail and high level of integrity
