We have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager - Transformation to join Downer's Energy & Utilities division. Based in either Melbourne or Brisbane, this is a full-time permanent position. Reporting to the EGM, Finance,you will lead a high-performing transformation team delivering strategic projects.
This role is critical to the future of our Energy & Utilities business, acting as a key driver of operational excellence and cultural transformation. You'll partner with senior leaders across the organisation to implement innovative operating models that enhance efficiency, improve customer outcomes and realise tangible business value.
What You'll Do
* Lead the development and execution of the transformation roadmap.
* Drive cross-functional change initiatives across operational support functions.
* Manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring effective governance, reporting and risk management.
* Coach and influence key stakeholders to embed a culture of continuous improvement.
* Build and lead a high-performing team across project management, change and transformation disciplines.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking a strategic leader who is passionate about transformation and delivering outcomes that matter.
* Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field (MBA preferred).
* 10+ years' experience in senior leadership roles driving enterprise-wide change.
* Strong knowledge of transformation methodologies such as Agile, Lean, Six Sigma, TOGAF or ITIL.
* Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
* A proven track record of leading high-performing teams and embedding cultural change.
