Our face-to-face services are provided across Queensland, Victoria and New South Wales and we delivered telehealth across Australia. We are seeking a qualified Psychologist or Counsellor to join our dedicated team supporting participants in the Australia Governments Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) program. This is a diverse and rewarding role where you'll work directly with clients to improve mental health, build resilience, and support pathways to employment.
Location: Fraser Coast
Hours: Full Time or Part Time
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide clinical assessments, therapeutic interventions, and tailored support plans for clients with complex barriers to employment.
* Deliver individual and group counselling focused on mental health, motivation, and workplace readiness.
* Collaborate with employment consultants, allied health professionals, and external stakeholders to ensure holistic support.
* Contribute to the development and delivery of innovative programs that promote wellbeing and employment outcomes.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with professional and contractual standards.
About You:
* Registration with AHPRA (Psychologist) or relevant professional body for Counsellors (e.g. PACFA).
* Experience working with clients with disability, mental health conditions, or psychosocial barriers.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage clients from diverse backgrounds.
* A flexible and proactive approach to managing caseloads and shifting priorities.
* Commitment to ethical practice and continuous professional development.
