**Role Overview**:
We are seeking a creative yet business savvy Marketing Executive to join our Melbourne Cluster Marketing Team. With 8 incredible Marriott Bonvoy hotel brands under the cluster remit, this role offers diversity, variety and plenty of scope to continue to grow your marketing skills. You'll be exposed to internal and external stakeholders, partnerships, and will be given the opportunity to grow your marketing skills in a dynamic and supportive team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Digital Marketing**:

- Including website content, third-party websites, and managing digital assets.
- Manage social media platforms including developing and implementing organic content plans that achieve business objectives
- Implementing paid digital advertising on various channels including social media advertising.
- Digital data analysis and reporting
- **Campaign Execution**:

- Work with the Marketing Manager to execute multi-channel campaigns including digital, print, social media, and events.
- **Content Development**:

- Work closely with graphic designers and content producers. Provide clear briefs and feedback to ensure all creative assets meet objectives and are aligned with brand standards.
- Create and design compelling content for marketing materials, advertisements, in-hotel collateral such as signage, flyers, as well as social media content.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and resonates with target audiences.
- Support in briefing and executing photoshoots as well as asset management post-shoot.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with the Marketing Cluster Team, as well as hotel departments including Sales, and Operations to align marketing efforts.
- Effectively collaborate with multiple stakeholders, agencies, and partners to execute campaigns and initiatives.
- **Analysis & Administrative Support**:

- Provide administrative assistance such as scheduling meetings, preparing reports, taking meeting notes, and managing digital assets and files.
- Financial administration including raising purchase orders, budget tracking and handling invoices.
- Analyze data to optimise marketing strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
