 
        
        The key role of a Parts Logistics Support Specialist is to ensure seamless inventory operations across the national network. As part of the logistics team, you will be responsible for managing and processing credits, investigating returns from dealers, and liaising with warehouse and transport suppliers to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
 * Assess credit claims and process returns in accordance with company standards.
 * Liaise with warehouse and transport suppliers to resolve dealer issues and maintain smooth logistics operations.
 * Conduct quality checks on outbound orders and collaborate with warehouse supervisors to address operational concerns.
 * Work closely with other departments to meet special requirements and provide reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
 * Possess knowledge of automotive parts, specifically VW, Skoda, and Audi products.
 * Have experience in credits, accounts, quality, or administration fields.
 * Demonstrate commitment to following up on logistics compliance matters.
 * Prior experience in auditing, quality assurance, and reporting is an asset.
