As part of the logistics team, you will be responsible for managing and processing credits, investigating returns from dealers, and liaising with warehouse and transport suppliers to resolve issues.
Key Responsibilities
* Assess credit claims and process returns in accordance with company standards.
* Liaise with warehouse and transport suppliers to resolve dealer issues and maintain smooth logistics operations.
* Conduct quality checks on outbound orders and collaborate with warehouse supervisors to address operational concerns.
* Work closely with other departments to meet special requirements and provide reporting to stakeholders.
Requirements
* Possess knowledge of automotive parts, specifically VW, Skoda, and Audi products.
* Have experience in credits, accounts, quality, or administration fields.
* Demonstrate commitment to following up on logistics compliance matters.
* Prior experience in auditing, quality assurance, and reporting is an asset.
